I have been an IT contractor since 1989, and in that time, I have traveled the globe for such clients as IBM, and the USPS, as well as manage small networks for small business clients.  I have a diverse skill set that includes tiers 2 and 3 technical support, training, training the trainers, software testing, enterprise level network systems administration (Novell, OS2, and Windows NT, 2000 and 2003 servers) and infrastructure design and support.
